Rose Cottage is our first "House of the Month".

Welcome to our first featured miniature property.

Rose Cottage is a very pretty rural dwelling full of country charm. It is finished here in cowslip yellow both inside and out. The green painted doorway, heart embellished shutters to the windows and picket fence add to the rustic allure.

It is manufactured in Britain by Barbara's Mouldings and is easy to assemble from flat pack.

We will be featuring properties decorated in a diverse range of designs, offering a complete style package for you to pick and choose from to create your very own miniature home.

All the internal furnishings in Rose Cottage are availible to purchase from our shop.

We can supply Rose Cottage unpainted and flat packed for you to assemble and decorate.

If you like this design pack we can paint it for you and send the painted house for you to assemble.

Fully assembled houses are availible to collect from our shop.

Now lets have a sneak peek inside this miniature home to see what it has to offer...

 The Kitchen

Here we have the kitchen which is approached from the front door. The stairs, stained in burnt umber, lead to the first floor landing and an open doorway leads from the kitchen to the lounge.

This room has a real cottage feel with space beneath the stairs. We have chosen to furnish it with a butler sink here with a yellow range cooker and a small rustic dresser. The pedestal table is in unpainted pine from a "basics" range with four chairs.

The living room

Moving through into the sitting room....( don't fall over the green shoes! )...
This angle shows the earthenware green glazed pot of tulips ( freshly picked! ) tucked inside the doorway and a magazine rack, in brown wood stain, next to the yellow arm chair.
The fabric is a dainty yellow print which is also available for curtains, 2 and 3 seater sofas and foot stools.
In this room, the "sunflower"curtains match the scatter cushion in the chair and are tied back with soft beige sunflowers to coordinate with furnishings.

The cup, saucer and teapot on the table are part of a tea set which is displayed on a low level shelf unit, which is again, stained to match other woodwork.

This can be seen in this wider view of the room which shows the rich brown cabinet in the corner and fully lit fire grate. The lamp on a small pedestal table at the other side of the chair gives the room a warm glow.

Other rooms and a pricing guide will be posted soon.
